Free Returns
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a return label by mail or email at no cost to you.
- Please return within 60 days of purchase (if a longer time period is needed please email us). Please contact us for a return authorization number.
- Items returned must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and a return authorization number. The item(s) will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.
- The item must be returned un-opened and in its' original packaging and with manuals and accessories. Opened package items will not be accepted.
- Some special sale items or used items are non-returnable.
- Items damaged in shipment, shipped from the manufacturer or manufacturer's authorized distributor please email us for return instructions. Some items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Please email us for warranty issues or contact the manufacturer directly.
- Return shipping due to a manufacturer defect is paid by the customer.
